TeleDirect Inc is your PBS Call Center. TeleDirect understands the unique needs of National Public Radio Stations. That is why TeleDirect strives to provide secure on demand solutions that help our stations meet their pledge goals while keeping costs down and data secure. TeleDirect provides custom designed scripting and reporting applications. Each station has a secure login to their account that provides access to their live script, real-time program & revenue reports, premiums, and complete data management. We also provide levels of access for different users within each station. In a day and age where identity theft is one of the leading concerns of consumers, it's important that TeleDirect is able to ensure that all of PBS donor data is safe. TeleDirect is ISO 27001 certified, so our call center operates in a secure environment. All Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) work out of one facility, NEVER REMOTELY, for security and consistent quality control. We keep our CSR stations clear of personal affects, writing utensils, and cell phones to ensure that data is only entered into a client's web script. Once the data is collected it's submitted to a secure database. We help integrate stations with Sage, a leading supplier of business management software for non-profit organizations that need to be PCI compliant. Each station has the option to use our web script in studio for their volunteers at no cost, which is another way to keep data secure as well as maintain an efficient and consistent pledge gathering process. |
